岗位使命
出口应急照明类产品关键工序作业员，包含装配，软件烧写，在线测试等工序
主要职责
1. 按作业指导书及工作任务安排进行装配，软件烧写等核心工序作业。
2. 按作业指导书及工作任务安排正确使用测试设备，进行耐压测试，RF测试和蓝牙测试，记录测试结果，根据测试结果区分合格品和不良品，不良品及时挑出、标识。
及时报告工作中发现的各种异常。
挑战
1. 生产任务波动，需要服从加班安排。
2. 涉及装配，软件烧写，测试等工序，需满足多能工要求。
3. 关键工序，需要较好的品质意识，主动反馈问题。
知识、技能与经验
4. 高中及以上学历，能看懂作业指导书，工单及简单常用英文单词。
5. 有电子厂生产及测试经验，有RF或蓝牙测试经验者更佳。
6. 能熟练使用电脑基本操作，会用烧录软件或测试设备者优先。
7. 服从安排，能适应加班和紧急任务。
