We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Assembler. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based in Simpsonville, SC, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork .

The assembler works as part of a team creating quality products that will meet and exceed customer expectation! Our assembler position is responsible for producing completed cabinets by assembling pre-machined parts and sub-assemblies according to pre-defined assembly patterns.

• •Support the CARE values of the organization.
• •Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
• •Perform bench-type processes to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
• •Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor.
• •Performs preventative maintenance on tools as required.
• •Monitors the quality of parts and sub-assemblies being assembled.
• •Work at a pace required to meet production goals while maintaining company quality standards.
• •Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• •Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
• •Other duties as assigned.
