Job Description

What you’ll do

Set up, run, monitor and troubleshoot production, capacitor winding equipment, and current pre-conditioning stations

Set up, run, monitor various mechanical and high voltage tests and test equipment in support of production and engineering testing

As deemed necessary, assemble and/or solder product as needed to support production schedules – particularly development and low-rate production runs

Assembly of piece parts into final assemblies

What you need

High school education or equivalent

0-2 years related experience

Previous soldering certification preferred

Ability to handle/use small tools and components (tweezers, pliers, cutters, soldering iron, ovens, crimpers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, wrenches, vises and continuity testers, oscilloscopes and electrical test equipment)

Working under a microscope

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Excellent math skills (algebra)

Read and understand schematic diagrams, mechanical drawings, interconnect drawings

Ability to learn and perform mechanical, electrical and swage testing

Ability to lift up 50 lbs

Salary Range:

$34,300.00-$45,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
