דרוש/ה מרכיב/ה מכאני/ת לחברת MKS בכרמיאל

יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כמרכיב/ה מכאני/ת בחברת ,MKS תהיה/י חלק מקבוצת העובדים ברצפת הייצור, בה תעסוק/י בהרכבה מכאנית עדינה של בקרים ורכיבים אלקטרוניים ומכאניים, חיווט ואינטגרציה של מערכות בקווי הייצור. תהליך זה הינו חלק מייצור מוצרים אלקטרוניים, כגון מערכות בקרה ומכשירי תקשורת .

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל משמרת במחלקת הייצור .

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• •הרכבת מוצרים ומכלולים מכאניים ואלקטרוניים לפי הוראות עבודה, שרטוטים ודרישות הלקוח .
• •הרכבת רכיבים ומכלולים בתוך מארזי מתכת או פלסטיק, וסגירת המוצר הסופי. העבודה דומה להרכבת בקרים או מחשבים .
• •שימוש בכלים מדויקים ובכלי עבודה ידניים סטנדרטיים, בהתאם לדרישות ההרכבה .
• •ביצוע בדיקות איכות והקפדה על רמת ביצוע גבוהה, דיוק ועמידה בהוראות העבודה .
• •תיעוד הבדיקות ודיווח על חריגות או תקלות .
• •עבודה בהתאם לנהלי החברה ולתקני IPC הרלוונטיים .

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• •יכולת טכנית, דיוק ותשומת לב לפרטים .
• •יכולת קריאת שרטוטים מכאניים והוראות עבודה .
• •יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת .
• •אנגלית טכנית .

מיומנויות מועדפות:

• •ניסיון בהרכבות מכאניות או אלקטרוניות בקווי ייצור.
• •ניסיון בהרכבת מכלולים או מוצרים בתחום האלקטרוניקה.
• •הנדסאי/ת מכונות או מכטרוניקה.
• •היכרות עם עקרונות Lean ו-Six Sigma ותהליכי שיפור מתמיד.
• •ניסיון קודם בהרכבות הוא יתרון. התפקיד עשוי להתאים גם לחיילים משוחררים בעלי זיקה טכנית ורצון להשתלב בתחום הייצור.

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

• •הקפדה על נהלי איכות ועל נהלי סביבה, בריאות ובטיחות (EHS ).
• •עבודה פיזית וטכנית, כולל חיווט והרמת משאות .
• •נכונות לעבודה במשמרות, לרבות בימי שישי ובשעות נוספות, בהתאם לצורכי העבודה.
• •הסעות מאורגנות מכרמיאל, עכו, נהריה, מעלות והקריות.
• •אפשרות להכרה במשרה כעבודה מועדפת, בכפוף לתנאי הזכאות.
