Production Assembler – Timber Docks

Location: Warwick, NY

Pay: $21–$25/hour plus a quarterly bonus based on company performance

Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift 40 hours, overtime as needed (hourly, non-exempt)

Reports to: Shop Foreman

Meeco Sullivan builds custom timber floating docks in Warwick, NY. We’re hiring Production Assemblers to build dock sections in our shop. Construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

Build floating dock sections from timber and hardware

Measure and cut wood to spec

Use drills, saws, sanders and other power tools

Move lumber between the yard and the shop by forklift [we’ll train / certification required]

Help with snow removal in winter

Follow all safety rules

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of construction or shop experience preferred

Comfortable using power tools safely

Able to read a tape measure and do basic math

Able to stand most of the shift, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a shop without air conditioning, with some outdoor work

Reliable attendance
