RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Responsible for daily production execution within the BA production area.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• •Ability to use hand tools such as screwdriver, tape machine, etc.
• •Able to lift product up to 50 pounds.
• •Has common knowledge of production assembly, manual dexterity a is must.
• •Required to stand for long periods of time (entire shift).
• •Able to follow assembly instructions and pre-established guidelines to preform job functions.
• •Able to work under general supervision.
• •Mount, adjust, screw and nail in place large parts such as frames, brackets, etc. weighing 30 lbs. or more on average.
• •Manage assembly time to ensure completion of assigned projects within specified time frame.
• •Ensuring all parts are put together per specified instructions.
• •Inspecting and testing the equipment prior to shift start.
• •Verifying correct quantities of parts and checking completed items to ensure quality is met.
• •Managing parts inventory within the work area.
• •Maintaining clean work areas and following detailed instructions in order to meet daily production goals

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: High School Diploma preferred

Experience: 6 months of electronic assembly production experience preferred but not required

Certifications: As Requested

Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent ability to work in a group setting, ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations

Systems: N/A

Languages: Bilingual in English / Spanish

Hiring Hourly Range

$14.00 - $16.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
