Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• •Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
• •Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
• •Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.
• •Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.
• •Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
• •Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeter, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
• •Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.
• •Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• •Cross-train to support other product lines as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

• •HS diploma or equivalent
• •General assembly experience desired

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• •Organizational skills
• •Technical Competencies: ability to read and understand blueprints
• •Troubleshooting: ability to resolve basic assembly issues
