What You'll Do

  • Provide guidance and technical support to other employees.
  • Lead all aspects of process improvement and coordinate related activities.
  • operate a forklift to put away inventory, load and unload trucks.
  • Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership.
  • Perform accurate transactions within D365.
  • Perform Monthly cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate inventory and manage inventory locations.
  • Conduct complex tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance.
  • Adhere strictly to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines.
  • Fully participate in company health and safety programs and align with all OSHA policies.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related industry or warehouse environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in electronics, computers, or another technical field is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic components by following detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in cycle counting and maintaining inventory.
  • Familiarity with electronic circuits, components, and standard industry practices.
  • Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques preferred.
  • Highly responsible and diligent with an understanding of regulatory implications.

Environmental Demands

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good hearing and visual acuity are required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • The employee is occasionally required to lift, move, and control up to 500 pounds with the aid of dollies or machine carts. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds short distances with/without mechanical aid and frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds.
  • Employees must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as steel-toe shoes where applicable.
  • Must be able to comfortably maneuver around an office or production environment
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold climatic environments and conditions, in and outdoors
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate office data processing equipment/devices, computer systems, and operate material handling tools and equipment
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk through the entire shift
  • Must be able to pull or push parts over extended distances
