• Schedule: Full Time/Afternoon Shift

Position: Full Time

As our next Assembly Operator , you’ll be at the forefront of assembling precision components while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your hands-on expertise in manufacturing and assembly will be crucial in delivering reliable products and supporting efficient production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Perform pre-assembly operations and accurately assemble components
• •Read and interpret process specifications, routers, and technical drawings
• •Set up and operate equipment such as lead cutting machines
• •Cut leads and wrapping tape to specification
• •Inspect, document, and ensure product quality standards are met
• •Manage your own workflow and prioritize tasks effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• •High school diploma or equivalent experience
• •Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
• •Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
• •Ability to interpret drawings and process specifications
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• •Good communication skills at all levels

Bonus Points If You Have:

• •Experience working with small precision parts (under 1.5 inches)
• •Experience operating production machinery or cutting equipment
• •Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• •Ability to handle small parts, tools, and machinery with precision
