Who we are

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician at Neros, you will be instrumental in the assembly of our drones. Your day to day will consist of working closely with leaders to read, interpret, and execute on work orders. You will also be assembling mechanical systems–from full vehicle structures to installing components, sub-assemblies, and other using other hand-tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers.

This is a highly dynamic role where you will get an opportunity to see a factory being built from the ground up and potentially influence the success of our company. The role will also have opportunities for professional advancement. If you are an organized, detail & process oriented mechanical assembly technician, please apply below.

You should have the following

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

2+ years of experience with hand or power tools

Ability to read work instructions

Hands on experience with mechanical assemblies

Practical knowledge of safe work practices such as safe work practices for specific tools

Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Nice to have

Part-107 and/or experience flying drones FPV and line of sight

US Salary Range
