Working closely with our Advisor Consultant teams, you will help strengthen existing relationships while contributing directly to growth by onboarding new advisors and firms, supporting new business from initial interest through funding, and turning CRM, campaign, and event data into timely, actionable opportunities.

You will serve as a key connector among Advisor Consultants, Client Services, Marketing, Product, and Operations, gaining broad exposure to the asset management business and the advisor lifecycle. While this is not a direct sales role, your work will help make the sales organization more informed, responsive, and effective while delivering a high-quality experience for advisors and their clients. This position reports to the Managing Director of Asset Management Client Service.

Responsibilities

Distribution & Sales Support

  • Support Advisor Consultants with mutual fund availability, investment literature, presentations, product information, and advisor requests
  • Track fund availability and activity across key platforms and custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Envestnet, RBC, Raymond James)
  • Help advance new business opportunities from initial interest through funding and onboarding coordinating across internal teams as needed
  • Connect advisors with relevant educational resources, CE programs, alternatives and tax education, and practice management materials

Sales Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate advisor records, opportunities, campaigns, activity, and follow-up information in Salesforce
  • Identify advisors engaging with emails, webinars, events, website content, and other resources, and surface actionable opportunities for the sales team
  • Monitor new fund positions and purchases, noteworthy inflows, and existing relationships that may benefit from additional capabilities
  • Develop regular reporting highlighting new advisor relationships, new fund positions, noteworthy inflows, engaged prospects, upcoming follow-ups, recent campaign and event activity, and service opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking sales activity, flows, advisor engagement, campaigns, and pipeline

Advisor Onboarding, Events & Campaigns

  • Help create a high-quality onboarding experience for new financial advisors and firms by coordinating platform access, materials, key contacts, and follow-up.
  • In conjunction with marketing, help support conferences and industry events through prospect research, meeting coordination, attendee management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate sales follow-up related to webinars, email campaigns, conferences, platform announcements, and other initiatives, tracking activity and outcomes in Salesforce

Client Experience & Service

  • Support existing advisor relationships, including account questions, requests, and service needs
  • Facilitate system setup of new accounts and ensure accurate account coding and documentation
  • Process client cash flow requests, investment objective changes, cancellations, and other client directives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and coordinate client reviews, meetings and mailing materials, as well as client and third-party data and fulfillment requests
  • Coordinate information across internal and external partners regarding account changes and updates
  • Serve as a backup for Client Service team members as needed, working directly with clients, prospects, advisors, and internal sales teams
  • Assist with training new team members on practices and procedures, and serve as a resource for firm initiatives and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in the financial services industry with less than one year of full-time work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfort working with numbers and data; experience with Excel required and familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM a plus
  • Curiosity about how data can uncover opportunities and improve the client experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Compensation: Expected hourly rate between $25 - $27.18 per hour
