Wir suchen eine engagierte und zuverlässige Person als Asset Manager für Gewerbeimmobilien, die Interesse an Immobilienwirtschaft mitbringt und unser Team mit analytischem und unternehmerischem Denken unterstützt.

Aufgaben im Arbeitsalltag:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines Gewerbeimmobilien-Portfolios
  • Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung von Immobilien
  • Erkennen von Optimierungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Immobilienbewertungen
  • Erstellung von Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
  • Analyse von Chancen und Risiken
  • Entwicklung von Strategien für einzelne Immobilien
  • Planung und Kontrolle von Budgets
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Mietern, Behörden und Dienstleistern
  • Betreuung wichtiger Geschäftskunden
  • Vorbereitung von wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Profil :

  • Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Asset- oder Property-Management
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
