About Us

At We. , we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

About the Role

Do you love the intersection of media, culture, technology, and storytelling? We. Communications is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Account Executive to join our Broadcast, Emerging Media & Storytelling team.

As an Assistant Account Executive, you'll support integrated media campaigns, executive visibility programs, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and major storytelling moments for clients across industries. You'll help uncover insights, develop media strategies, cultivate relationships with journalists, producers, creators, and podcast hosts, and contribute to campaigns that drive meaningful outcomes for clients.

Our book of brands includes Microsoft, Intel, Volvo Cars of North America, Mastercard, Adobe and a range of others.

Note: The hiring team is prioritizing candidates who can work from our Bellevue, WA, or Portland, OR offices. The team will also consider strong candidates who can work from our New York City, NY office.

Maintain workbacks, trackers, roles and responsibilities, approval paths, timelines, and status updates to keep complex, multi-stakeholder programs moving.
