Description

Las Vegas, NV | Billing | Automotive dealership billing | Accounting | Supervisory experience required | Automotive experience required | Multi-store | Veterans encouraged to apply | $50,000 - $60,000/yr

IS THIS YOU?

You have 2+ years of automotive billing experience, you understand dealership deal flow and billing processes, and you produce accurate work under deadline without dropping the ball

You've led or supervised billing or accounting team members before and you're ready to bring that experience to a Shared Services role supporting a multi-state dealer group

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Las Vegas or anywhere else in our network, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the Billing Manager in overseeing daily billing operations across assigned dealerships -- ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle deals, funding submissions, and related billing activity

Review deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy -- verifying documentation, pricing, lender funding requirements, and billing entries before submission

Assist in supervising billing team members -- providing day-to-day guidance, workflow coordination, and quality oversight

Identify and help resolve billing discrepancies, funding delays, and documentation issues in partnership with dealership finance offices, lenders, and accounting

Monitor pending and outstanding deals -- following up to prevent aging, funding delays, or compliance concerns

Support month-end billing close processes -- ensuring transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported accurately and on time

Assist in developing and maintaining billing procedures and quality standards across the team

Communicate billing status, issues, and escalations to the Billing Manager and relevant stakeholders promptly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of automotive dealership billing experience -- required

Prior supervisory or team-lead experience -- required

Strong understanding of dealership deal structure, F&I documentation, lender funding requirements, and billing processes

Detail-oriented and deadline-conscious -- billing accuracy directly affects cash flow and compliance across every store the team supports

Clear communicator who coordinates effectively with finance offices, lenders, and accounting without creating friction

Proficiency with dealership DMS platforms and Microsoft Office -- familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent preferred

Organized and self-directed -- able to manage competing priorities and a high-volume transaction environment accurately

WHAT WE OFFER

$50,000 - $60,000/yr

Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Career growth within a high-growth dealer group -- strong billing and accounting professionals at Swickard grow into billing manager, accounting, and finance leadership roles

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY SWICKARD AUTO GROUP -- SHARED SERVICES

Billing operations supporting 40+ rooftops across six states means varied deal structures, multiple lender relationships, and real operational complexity -- the billing professional who performs well here develops skills that transfer across the automotive finance industry

A centralized Shared Services function with direct impact on cash flow, funding timelines, and financial accuracy across the entire organization -- the work here matters and the team that does it well is recognized for it

Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we support our internal teams just as much as our guests

If you have the automotive billing depth, the supervisory experience, and the accuracy discipline to support billing operations across a multi-state dealer group -- apply.
