Summary

This position is located at the Fort Bliss Underwood Golf Course.. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

  • Financial Management and Budgeting. Track daily revenue, analyze food and labor costs, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile cash registers, prepare bank deposits, and audit financial records.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate with food vendors, place orders, and verify that deliveries match purchase orders and pricing agreements.
  • Staff Supervision and Payroll Administration. Assist in scheduling shifts, monitoring employee hours, and preparing payroll data.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff possess proper food handler permits and receive regular sanitation training. Regularly inspect storage, refrigeration, and prep areas to pass local health inspections.
  • Prepare detailed reports on food production, customer participation, and inventory levels.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess a certificate for sanitation in food service or have the ability to obtain the certificate within three months of employment. The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
