Production Readiness & Coordination
- Ensure work instructions are available and followed, coordinate QA audits and signoffs.
- Partner with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to develop and maintain viable NPI plans with milestones and resourcing.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting engineering builds as well as low-rate production readiness and delivery.
- Drive resolution of supply chain and production issues; escalate as needed to maintain program schedule.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and report metrics on engineering build readiness, supply chain performance, first-time build quality, and other metrics as necessary to accurately convey the status of first-time engineering builds and new product transitions.

- Support cost optimization efforts, including negotiating cancellations, make/buy decisions, and managing inventory.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 12+ years in production operations, supply chain coordination, financial analysis, or manufacturing support (Defense/Aerospace industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and ERP systems (SAP experience highly desirable).
