  • Close leases and hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with a rental closing ratio of at least 35%
  • Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins and move-outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and deposit accounting
  • Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention
  • Manage resident communication channels and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurate
  • Complete monthly market surveys, track local trends, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager
  • Assist with invoices, occupancy and delinquency tracking, and monthly and annual financial reporting
  • Keep resident files and CRM records accurate
  • Drive community goals for occupancy, renewals, turn times, and a rental closing ratio of at least 35%
  • Support marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunities
  • Help plan and host resident events
  • Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of leasing or assistant property management experience, ideally within a luxury urban development
  • Strong numerical aptitude for balancing financial accounts, customer-centric hospitality skills, and the physical capacity to walk a large multi-floor building for inspections.
  • Proficiency in core property management platforms like Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Appwork, or similar CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of property management laws and regulations
  • A real customer-service mindset and strong communication skills
  • A desire to lead, on your team and in your community

A leg up if you have

2+ years of sales or leasing experience

Pay and benefits

  • $25-$28 per hour per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
  • Medical (including a zero-cost employee plan), dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid maternity and parental leave
