Assistant Distribution Center

We’re looking for an Assistant Distribution Centre to join the team and focus on growing our own DC  “tMart” to manage the full operations DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand  requirements.

• •Operate MHE such as VNA, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Forklift and Pallet Loader safely and efficiently.
• •Load, unload, and move pallets within the warehouse and staging areas.
• •Support inbound and outbound operations, including put-away, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.
• •Ensure accurate placement of stock as per warehouse location system (WMS / manual locations)
• •Assist in order picking and pallet building based on pick lists or system instructions.
• •Follow all warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and equipment operating guidelines. 
• •Conduct pre-operational checks of MHE and report any defects immediately.
• •Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• •Use PPE at all times as per company safety policy.
• •Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks when required. 
• •Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and batch handling during picking and loading. 
• •Minimize damages and report any discrepancies or product issues.

• •You have at least 2-3 year of experience in warehousing & DC. 
• •Must have a valid driving license in the UAE. 
• •Hands-on experience operating VNA, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Pallet Loader.
• •Valid MHE / Forklift Operator License or Certification. 
• •Good understanding of warehouse layouts and racking systems. 
• •You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
• •Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
• •Good knowledge in inventory. 
• •Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.  
• •Language skills: Good in English.
