Missions :

Accueil physique et téléphonique

Gestion administrative des commandes et réceptions

Organisation des déplacements professionnels

Gestion des badges d'accès et des fournitures

Préparation des invitations clients

Support aux services réglementaire et comptabilité

Assistance à l'organisation quotidienne de l'équipe de direction

Profil recherché :

Candidats souhaitant intégrer un BTS SAM à ESARC Tours

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et discret(e)

Bon relationnel et sens du service

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques

  • Lieu de l’alternance : Notre dame d’ Oé ( 37 )
  • Type de contrat : Apprentissage
