THE JOB:
As an Assistant Events & Entertainment Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional live entertainment experience for our guests. In this role, you will support daily showroom operations, oversee front-of-house activities, and assist with leading a team dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Through your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate a fast-paced entertainment environment, you will help ensure seamless show operations, a welcoming atmosphere, and memorable experiences for every guest.
THE STARTING RATE: $28
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house showroom operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and overall venue presentation
Lead, coach, and support showroom team members, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to departmental procedures
Coordinate with Entertainment, Security, Guest Services, and other departments to support seamless performances, special events, and operational needs
Address guest concerns, special accommodations, and escalated situations with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on guest satisfaction
Support staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance initiatives to maintain appropriate coverage and a high-performing team
Monitor showroom conditions, identify potential safety or operational concerns, and assist with implementing timely solutions
Assist the Showroom Manager with departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and maintaining established service and performance standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
2+ years of prior relevant experience guest service required
Previous experience in live entertainment, showroom operations, theater management, hospitality, or a similar environment
