Overview:

We are transforming how we manage relationships with third party suppliers, particularly software and technology vendors. We are building a relationship-level operating model to improve operating leverage and client experiences while driving efficiencies across the organization. We aim to reduce redundant products and services, streamline our technology stack, and improve our management of vendors throughout the contract lifecycle.

A successful person in this role will be an exceptional, ambitious negotiator. The role requires someone with drive, excellent organizational skills, a passion for efficiency, and a strong dose of common sense and practical problem-solving ability. The supplier management and negotiation specialist that Texas Capital needs will be resourceful, communicative, dependable and skillful at interacting with teams across the firm. Above all, this person in this role will take ownership and get positive results.

Texas Capital’s legal department is a close-knit team that works together in a fast-paced professional environment. We have expertise in a wide array of legal fields and have decades of collective experience providing world class legal services in private law firms and in-house legal departments. We help each other strive for excellence and we are looking to add another valuable asset to our team.
