Through strategic partnerships and community-led programs, we bridge the gap between education and meaningful employment. Our work thrives on collaboration with employers, volunteers, and changemakers like you.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to support our Employer Engagement and Volunteer Engagement strategies. In this dual role, you’ll help strengthen our relationships with corporate partners and nurture a growing community of volunteers who contribute to our mission.

You’ll play a key role in creating opportunities for youth employment, internships, mentoring, and volunteering — ensuring that our partnerships lead to real, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Engagement

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to engage employers for job placements, internships, apprenticeships, and exposure visits.
  • Assist in building and managing partnerships with corporate organisations, CSR leaders, and industry bodies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to design and deliver employer engagement initiatives aligned with youth development outcomes.
  • Track and document partnership progress, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging skills to align employer strategies with the future of work.

Volunteer Engagement

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers across programs.
  • Coordinate skill-based volunteering and mentoring opportunities in partnership with corporate and community volunteers.
  • Manage communication and logistics for volunteer activities, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful experiences.
  • Monitor volunteer feedback, satisfaction, and impact to strengthen retention and engagement.
  • Use digital tools and platforms to enhance volunteer outreach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in partnership management, CSR coordination, HR, or volunteer engagement, preferably in the social impact, education, or youth development sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for working with youth and advancing equity and opportunity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting CSR partnerships or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with volunteer platforms or HR tech tools.
  • Exposure to youth employability or community programs.

Why Join Us?

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Every partnership you support opens new doors for young people.
  • People-First Culture: We prioritize learning, wellbeing, and collaboration.
  • Room to Grow: You’ll gain hands-on experience in strategic engagement and leadership development.
  • Innovation Welcome: Your ideas will help us shape the future of youth empowerment.
