Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, ownership-driven Assistant Manager to lead our influencer marketing function end-to-end. You will own campaign strategy and execution, build scalable influencer programs, and translate performance data into actionable growth levers — all while collaborating closely with Brand, Category, Marketplace, and Website teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• •Own monthly and quarterly influencer campaign planning — including channel mix, creator tiers, content formats, and budget allocation
• •Develop influencer briefs aligned to product launches, brand moments, and performance goals
• •Proactively identify whitespace opportunities across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Moj, etc.)

Influencer Management

• •Build and manage a scalable roster of nano, micro, and macro influencers across relevant categories
• •Lead end-to-end onboarding, relationship management, and contract negotiations
• •Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery across all campaigns

Performance & Analytics

• •Own CPV and ROI targets; analyze campaign data to continuously optimize spend and creator mix
• •Maintain rigorous tracking hygiene (M/W/F updates) and produce clear performance reports for leadership
• •Track competitor influencer activities and distill market intelligence into strategic recommendations

Cross-functional Collaboration

• •Partner with Brand, Category, Marketplace, and Website teams to ensure influencer campaigns are well-integrated and drive measurable outcomes
• •Coordinate with Finance for timely influencer payments and compliance

Consumer & Market Insights

• •Lead customer calls and community listening to surface actionable product and communication insights
• •Champion new tools, platforms, and workflows that improve team efficiency and output quality

• •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail
• •Experience managing budgets and vendor/creator relationships independently
