Assistant Manager, Operations Solutions - Cigna Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

Operations Implementation & Solution Delivery

• •Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and system implementation initiatives.
• •Drive requirement gathering, business analysis, process design, solution assessment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• •Ensure business requirements are aligned with operational principles, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives.
• •Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to optimize service delivery.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• •Facilitate stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements.
• •Review and challenge solution designs to ensure completeness, operational feasibility, and scalability.
• •Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, gap analyses, and operational procedures.
• •Support business sign-off activities and ensure proper governance throughout project lifecycles.

Operational Readiness & Change Management

• •Develop operational readiness plans for new products, system implementations, and business initiatives.
• •Coordinate training, communication, procedure updates, and post-implementation support.
• •Ensure impacts to frontline operations are understood and adequately managed.
• •Drive smooth transition from project implementation to BAU operations.
