Responsibilities

  • Acquire new-to-bank customers and drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate consumer banking products and services to meet their financial goals.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, operational risk controls, and internal bank policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets and maintain service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of consumer banking products and operational compliance.
