Sky Creative is looking for an Assistant Producer to support on 360 advertising campaigns (TV, AV, OLV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio, Social) within the Prems team (Cinema and Sport). You’ll support with budgeting and scheduling projects to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you’ll do:

Assist Producers and wider team in the production of high quality 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, press).

Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.

Help plan and arrange resources e.g., booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.

Build excellent relationships with the Creative Director and Creatives and work collaboratively with other Assistant Producers.

Research reviews and accolades and ensures clearances, requesting substantiations where required.

Has knowledge of or a desire to learn about shoots and works with the Producer and PM to help out during pre and postproduction.

Ensuring programme material is available at the appropriate time for editing of trails in conjunction with the Creative

Maintaining paperwork associated with delivery of trails including compliance, music reporting, delivery paperwork, artists' contracts etc.

Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of a project.

What you’ll bring:

Ideally some experience working in a production environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.

A flexible and pro-active approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.
