Job Description – Assistant Project Manager (IBMS & Building Controls)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise along with hands-on experience in BMS/Controls, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Integrated Security Solutions . The role involves end-to-end project ownership, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and Building Automation projects.
• •Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• •Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of: Building Management Systems (BMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Building Controls & Automation Solutions
• •Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• •Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• •Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
• •Manage project commercials, change orders, billing milestones, and revenue realization.
• •Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• •Lead and mentor site engineers, project engineers, and subcontractors.
• •Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• •8 years of experience in project execution and project management.
• •Proven experience managing projects involving: IBMS / BMS CCTV Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Building Controls & Automation
• •Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• •Experience handling customer-facing project delivery roles.
• •Knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
