Assistant Shopfloor Techniker / Instandhalter / IT (m/w/d)

  • Onsite support für den IT Servicedesk
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner des ServiceDesk für IT Fragen
  • Onsite Support für die Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Fehlersuche, Hardwaretausch, etc.)
  • Installation neuer Software oder Änderung von vorhandener Software nach Freigabe durch IT
  • Installation / Betreuung neuer Hardware wie Handscanner, PC’s, Laserdrucker, Labeldrucker, etc.
  • Support des Buchungssystems OLP mit den zuständigen IT Kollegen
  • Wartung, Reparatur und Kontrolle elektrischer und mechanischer Produktions- und Betriebsmittel
  • Aufrechterhaltung der Funktionsfähigkeiten von diversen Anlagen
  • Fehleranalyse von Hardware Problemen
  • Einhaltung und Sicherstellung von technischen und elektrischen Geräten auch durch Beauftragung externer Firmen
  • Verwaltung von Angeboten und Bestellungen
  • Projektarbeit in unterschiedlichen Themengebieten
  • laufende Instandhaltung und vorbeugende Instandhaltungsaufgaben
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen an den Einrichtungen und Anlagen des Unternehmens
  • Störungssuche und -beseitigung
  • Begleitung und direkter Ansprechpartner für alle Fachbereiche als Serviceabteilung
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Problembearbeitung und – lösung unter Nutzung von Remote Tools, insbesondere Drucker
  • Unterstützung bei IT – Projektarbeiten
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Arbeiten externer Dienstleister

Voraussetzung besteht in einer qualifizierten Berufsausbildung, fundierter Berufserfahrung oder anerkanntem Studien/ Hochschulstudium -abschluss
