Ready to step into a leadership role?

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at our new Merchant 1948 Westgate Outlet store to start in mid-November! You’ll work closely with the Store Manager help set up the new store, drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about retail in an outlet space, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role: Assistant Store Manager

Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm

Sunday: 9:30am - 5pm

Minimum Hours: 39 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $27.00 + bonus potential!

What your day will look like:

Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations

Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
