the posting

As our Assistant Superintendent, you will support the successful execution of commercial construction projects by assisting with daily field operations, jobsite coordination, and quality and safety oversight. In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent and project leadership to help ensure projects are built safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, and company standards.

Day‑to‑day, you will help coordinate subcontractor activities, monitor work‑in‑place, support short‑term planning and scheduling, and assist with site logistics, inspections, and material deliveries. You will be actively involved in enforcing safety requirements, tracking daily progress, reviewing drawings, and helping maintain an organized, productive jobsite.

Experienced team members may assume increased responsibility for managing specific scopes of work, leading subcontractor coordination and sequencing, supporting site planning and logistics, assisting with inspections and punch‑list completion, and contributing to improvements in field processes and jobsite execution.

Successful team members in this role are hands-on, safety-focused, organized, and proactive communicators who support efficient, high-quality, and well-coordinated project execution.
