Job Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented accurately.

• User Research & Strategy:
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user pain points, needs, and behaviors.

• Visual & Interface Design:
• Design smooth and clear UXUI that adhere to design system guidelines. Understand Hong Kong and Mainland customer behaviors.

• Prototyping & Testing:
• Build interactive mockups and prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders before development.

• Developer Handoff & QA:
• Prepare clean, production-ready assets in Figma. Leverage your knowledge of front-end structure to conduct thorough Design QA and ensure code implementation matches design specs perfectly.
