Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Securities Operations and Structured Notes Issuance, this incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day processing and settlement of Structured Notes transactions while expanding coverage across Securities Operations, including Fixed Income and Equities products.

Responsibilities

• •Manage end-to-end processing and settlement of Structured Notes transactions.
• •Support trade settlements, life cycle events and corporate actions.
• •Build product knowledge across Fixed Income and Equities Operations.
• •Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions and operational issues.
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, controls, SLAs and KPIs.
• •Provide cross-team support and operational coverage.
• •Participate in UAT, system enhancements and new product initiatives.
• •Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• •Perform adhoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• •Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Structured Notes, Securities or Capital Markets Operations.
• •Experience in trade settlement, corporate actions or post-trade processing preferred.
• •Exposure to Fixed Income and/or Equities Operations is advantageous.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of automation tools is beneficial.
• •Able to withstand pressure and long hours.
• •Ability to multitask, execute on priority and problem resolution.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• •Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Positive, proactive and self-driven attitude.
• •Able to work on Singapore Public Holidays when required.
