Unser kleines Assistenzteam möchte sehr gerne für die Pflege und Betreuung einen Assistenten/tin finden!

Der Klient ist 26 Jahre jung und Rollstuhlfahrer. Er braucht Hilfe bei allen Verrichtungen im Alltag.

Ihre Aufgaben sind: Sie gestalten gemeinsam mit unseren Sohn und unseren Assistentinnen den Tagesablauf - Pflege z.b Essen reichen, Toilettengänge, Duschen, Freizeit, Bewegungsübungen im Team und alles was noch dazugehört. Besondere Tätigkeiten führen wir zu zweit aus. (z.b. Duschen, Bewegungsübungen.)

Unser Sohn ist Nonverbal, das Sprachverständnis ist gut, deshalb ist gute Kommunikation möglich.

Sie sind in einem kleinen Team tätig, Arbeitsort ist Dresden Nord (Rähnitz), Privathaushalt, gute Konditionen 19/20 Euro/Stunde/FT Zuschläge, 30 Tage Urlaub bei 30/32 Std./Woche/ Sie arbeiten in der Regel 4 Tage/Woche 7-15/16 oder 11-18/19 Uhr/ Dienstplan wird nach Absprache mit unseren Assistentinnen erstellt.

Eine umfassende Einarbeitung ist gewährleistet.
