Ihre Aufgaben:

Begleitung und Umsetzung von Projekten für digitale HR-Lösungen in der Systemlandschaft SAP SuccessFactors

Automatisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Personalmanagement

Kooperation, Koordination & Wissenstransfer mit Stakeholdern

Betreuung & Beratung von Führungskräften & Spezialisten in den Fachbereichen

Design und Customizing von Lösungen und Abbildungen im System

Analyse, Konzeption & Umsetzung von Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen des Personalmanagements und deren systemtechnische Abbildung

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Spezialisierung im Personalmanagement

Einschlägige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors

Kenntnisse im Bereich Learning & Development sowie Talent Management wünschenswert

Erste Erfahrung mit HR-Prozessen und den Konzepten verschiedener HR-Bereiche von Vorteil

Deutsch- ab C1 und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Teamfähigkeit sowie Problemlösungskompetenz mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung

Das gebotene Gehaltspaket:

Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 60.000, Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
