Deine Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Korrespondenz sowie Abwicklung des täglichen Schriftverkehrs
  • Zuverlässige Telefonzentrale und Betreuung von Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Lieferanten
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von Stammdaten, Personalakten und Auftragsdaten im EDV-System
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen, Angeboten und Auswertungen nach Vorgabe

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Mobil mit Führerschein und Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprach-Niveau
