Als Assistenz (m/w/d) im Außenhandel kannst DU Dir die folgenden Tätigkeiten vorstellen?

DU unterstützt die Export- und Importabwicklung (inkl. Erstellung von Zolldokumenten, Ursprungszeugnissen, Handelsrechnungen etc.)
DU kommunizierst mit internationalen Kunden, Lieferanten, Spediteuren und Behörden
DU kümmerst Dich um die Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Versand- und Lieferunterlagen
DU pflegst und aktualisierst Stammdaten im ERP-System
DU unterstützt bei der Terminüberwachung und der Auftragsverfolgung

Das bringst DU als Assistenz (m/w/d) im Außenhandel mit:

DU bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Außenhandel (z. B. Außenhandelsassistent/in, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau) mit
DU verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Außenhandel / Export (wünschenswert)
DU hast gute Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung und im internationalen Warenverkehr (von Vorteil)
DU bist sicherer im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen SAP
DU sprichst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und verfügst über sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
