  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen zu Produktions- und Technikthemen sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen für die Betriebsleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung betrieblicher Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung betrieblicher Systeme, z. B. Maintenance-Programm und Schulungssystem
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verfahrens-, Betriebs- und Arbeitsanweisungen für die Produktion und Technik
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Terminen, Aufgaben und Maßnahmen
  • Pflege, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationen und Ablagestrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei internen Projekten, Sonderthemen und bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Begleitung von Betriebsrundgängen im Rahmen von Audits und Kundenbesuchen und Unterstützung bei deren Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Lebensmittelmanagement, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an den Zusammenhängen zwischen Produktionsprozessen, Lebensmittelwirtschaft und betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Hohes Organisationsgeschick, Eigennitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
