Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Rechnungseingangs,
  • -ausgangs und standardisierten Prüfprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Freigabeprozessen (Vier-Augen-Prinzip)
  • Mitwirkung am Aufbau eines Kennzahlen-Reporting
  • Perspektivisch: Mitwirkung am Aufbau eines eigenverantwortliche Planung, Controlling, Reporting und Prozessoptimierung
  • Perspektivisch: fachliche Führung der Buchhaltung/kaufm. Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling
  • 3–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen/Controlling, idealerweise industriell geprägt
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in Sage und idealerweise auch Lantek
  • Grundverständnis handels- und steuerrechtlicher Anforderungen an das Rechnungswesen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative
