Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der täglichen Abwicklung und Organisation
  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Bestellungen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern
  • Pflege von Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Preisdaten
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Warenverfügbarkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Sortimentspflege und bei der Einführung neuer Artikel
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungen und Übersichten
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Einkaufsbereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Vertrieb und Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Großhandel oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Kollegen
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
