  • Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Anlagenbuchhaltung Vorbereitung und
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen sowie Betreuung des Mahnwesens
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken für die
  • Geschäftsleitung Optimierung und Digitalisierung interner
  • Buchhaltungsprozesse Bearbeitung der täglichen Finanzbuchhaltung
  • inklusive Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten sowie Bank- und
  • Kassenbuchungen Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und
  • Ausgangsrechnungen Abstimmung von Konten, Pflege der
  • Buchhaltungsunterlagen und Klärung offener Posten Ansprechpartner/in
  • für interne Abteilungen und externe Partner wie Steuerberater und
  • Wirtschaftsprüfer Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im
  • kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbar Praktische Erfahrung in der
  • Finanzbuchhaltung wünschenswert Kenntnisse im Handels- und
  • Steuerrecht (HGB) Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, z. B. SAP, DATEV, Lexware
  • oder Navision Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und teamorientiert Perspektiven
  • Herausfordernde Aufgaben mit Gestaltungsspielraum Stabilität in einem
