  • Das erwartet Dich:
  • Betreuung unserer Groß- und Gewerbekunden, Ansprechpartner/in für Fuhrparkverantwortliche und Geschäftskunden
  • Koordination von Service- und Werkstattterminen, Fahrzeugtransporten und Überführungen sowie der standortübergreifenden LKW- und Fahrzeugplanung
  • Abstimmung von Kundenanforderungen mit unseren Servicebetrieben sowie internen Ansprechpartner/innen, Koordination unserer Großkunden innerhalb der AVP
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Kundenevents für unsere Groß- und Gewerbekunden
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen aus dem operativen Geschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse
  • Das macht Dich aus:
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Hohe Qualitäts- und Terminorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
