In unserem Logistikzentrum hältst Du als Assistenz Logistik (gn) unseren Führungskräften den Rücken frei, koordinierst Abläufe und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung des Standorts. Gestalte mit uns die Logistik bei HORNBACH!

## Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Assistenz: Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte unseres Logistikzentrums Castrop-Rauxel im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass logistische Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Organisation: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben, pflegst Kennzahlen und stellst Berichte zur Analyse und Optimierung der Logistikprozesse bereit.
  • Führung: Du koordinierst bei Bedarf das Team fachlich und stellst sicher, dass operative Prozesse effizient und zielgerichtet ablaufen.
  • Digitalisierung: Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Shopfloor-Managements voran und modernisierst administrative Prozesse durch digitale Lösungen.
  • Projektarbeit: Du gestaltest unsere standortbezogenen Projekte aktiv mit, strukturierst Aufgaben von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung und steuerst laufende Projekte durch gezieltes Projekttracking.

## Das bringst Du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Du hast ein Studium (z.B. BWL, Logistik) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld.
  • Analysefähigkeit: Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest souverän mit Kennzahlen, PowerBI und Excel.
  • IT-Skills: Du bist routiniert in der Anwendung von MS Office und hast Erfahrung in der Nutzung von KI-gestützten Arbeitsmethoden.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du verstehst es mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern professionell und auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du bringst Interesse am Projektmanagement mit, um eigene Projekte am Standort zu übernehmen.
