Leben im Quartier. Unsere moderne DRK-Senioreneinrichtung befindet sich auf der Brückenstraße im Stadtteil Mülfort in Mönchengladbach. Hier werden auf 4380 m² 49 stationäre Pflegeplätze, 29 betreute Wohneinheiten und 10 Kurzzeitpflegeplätze angeboten. Unser Angebot richtet sich an Menschen aller Pflegegrade. Der Schwerpunkt ist es, dem Menschen die notwendige Unterstützung im Rahmen der Pflege, Betreuung und hauswirtschaftlichen Versorgung zu geben, um noch lange ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben führen zu können.

Einsatzverteilung: 75 % Assistenz (m/w/d) der Pflegedienstleitung, 25 % Pflegefachkraft. Jedes zweite Wochenende erfolgt der Dienst als Pflegefachkraft.

A rbeiten beim DRK ist mehr als nur ein Job, denn Du

  • unterstützt die Pflegedienstleitung mit dem Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement.
  • führst die Pflegedokumentation gewissenhaft und entsprechend der geltenden Standards aus.
  • erfüllst die gesetzlich vorgegebene Struktur-, Prozess- und Erlebnisqualität gemäß § 113 SGB XI ff. (Pflegequalität).
  • qualifizierst fachlich und methodisch die Mitarbeitenden weiter.
  • wirkst aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten, Konzepten und Pflegestandards mit.
  • leistest eine individuelle, ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege.

Du bist genau unser Mensch, weil Du

  • über eine Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in der Altenpflege verfügstidealerweise bringst Du eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) mit.
  • Berufserfahrung als Assistenz (m/w/d) der Pflegedienstleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln konntest.
  • kommunikationsstark, empathisch bist, gerne im Team arbeitest und gut mit MS Office vertraut bist.
