  • Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Buchung von Hotelübernachtungen für nationale und internationale Geschäftsreisen
  • Bearbeitung, Umbuchung und Stornierung bestehender Hotelreservierungen unter Berücksichtigung von Fristen und Kosten
  • Abstimmung mit Hotels, Reiseanbietern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Buchungs- und Reservierungsdaten im Buchungssystem
  • Unterstützung bei Buchungsanfragen sowie Klärung von Buchungsabweichungen und Reisethemen
  • Beschaffung, Prüfung, Kontierung und Freigabe von Hotelbelegen und Hotelabrechnungen
  • Profil:
  • Kaufmann für Tourismus und Freizeit, Tourismuskaufmann für Privat- und Geschäftsreisen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Travel Management, Geschäftsreisemanagement oder in der Reiseorganisation
  • Kenntnisse der Reisebranche sowie Erfahrung in der Hotelbuchung und Reiseplanung
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
