Ihr zukünftiger Tätigkeitsbereich :
- Telefondienst
- Sekretariat
- Büromanagement / Kanzleiorganisation
- Mandantenbetreuung Recht und Steuern
- Termin- und Fristenmanagement
- Abrechnungsmanagement
- Aktenmanagement elektr. (DATEV)
- Ihr Profil :
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, auch Studierende oder Auszubildende
- MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbes. MS Word, MS Excel
- Belastbarkeit, Engagement, Leistungsbereitschaft
- freundliches Auftreten
- selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
- gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift (deutsch)
