Hightech-Medizin und Empathie: Die Gynäkologie am KSB bietet dir ein spannendes Umfeld mit minimalinvasiven OP-Techniken, modernsten Therapien und individueller Betreuung. Du arbeitest interdisziplinär und kannst in Bereichen wie Onkologie, Geburtshilfe und Pränataldiagnostik wachsen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust Patientinnen in den Sprechstunden und auf der Station und begleitest den gesamten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Prozess.
  • Du assistierst bei operativen Eingriffen, insbesondere in der minimalinvasiven Chirurgie.
  • Du engagierst dich in der Geburtshilfe und unterstützt das Team bei der Betreuung von Schwangeren sowie bei Geburten.
  • Du nimmst an interdisziplinären Besprechungen, Tumorboards und Fortbildungen teil.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Optimierung der Patientenversorgung bei und setzt dabei die Lean-Philosophie konsequent um.

Ihr Profil:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium (Schweiz oder äquivalent) und mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einem B-Spital im Fachbereich Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe sowie die MEBEKO-Anerkennung.
  • Du interessierst dich für die gesamte Bandbreite der Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe und bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen mit.
  • Du bist interessiert an innovativen Ansätzen, denkst unternehmerisch und arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär
  • Du begeisterst dich für innovative Ansätze und gehst mit Veränderungen motiviert um.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau C1 und kommunizierst sicher mit Patientinnen und im Team.
