Für unsere Wohngemeinschaft in Euskirchen suchen wir eine Assistenzkraft im Tagdienst.

In der WG leben männliche Bewohner mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf. Im Mittelpunkt stehen eine verlässliche Begleitung, klare Strukturen und eine individuelle Unterstützung im Alltag.

Deine Aufgaben

  • du begleitest die Bewohner verlässlich durch ihren Alltag
  • du unterstützt sie bei persönlichen und alltäglichen Bedürfnissen
  • du gibst Orientierung und Sicherheit durch klare Strukturen und feste Abläufe
  • du achtest auf individuelle Ausdrucksformen und unterstützt bei der Verständigung
  • du gestaltest Aktivitäten und Teilhabe passend zu den Möglichkeiten und Bedürfnissen der Bewohner
  • du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und dokumentierst wichtige Entwicklungen

  • eine wertschätzende und respektvolle Haltung
  • Ruhe, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf auch in persönlichen Bereichen zu begleiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Erfahrungen im sozialen Bereich sind von Vorteil. Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen.
