Für eine 28-jährige Frau mit Rett-Syndrom wird ab sofort eine zuverlässige und einfühlsame Assistenzkraft gesucht.

Ziel der Assistenz ist es, ein möglichst selbstständiges und selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen und im Alltag unterstützend zur Seite zu stehen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung in der Grundpflege und Körperpflege
  • Hilfe bei Mobilität
  • Begleitung bei Freizeitaktivitäten (Musicals, Konzerte, Disco, ...) und Terminen
  • Unterstützung im alltäglichen Leben und Haushalt
  • Assistenz bei der Kommunikation über Augensteuerung (TOBII)

### Ihr Profil:

  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit und respektvoller Umgang
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich (z. B. HEP, Erzieher), engagierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich Willkommen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (auch nachts und am Wochenende)
