  • Hilfe zur Selbshilfe: Förderug der Eigenständigkeit und Alltagskompetenzen
  • Gespräche zur Stabilisierung und Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit
  • Umsetzung von Hilfeplänen
  • Koordination mit Fachstellen, Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstein
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine wertschätzende Haltung
  • Indealerweise erste Erfahrungen im sozialen Bereich oder der Pflege - diese sind jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
