In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automation solutions for network operations and infrastructure management.
• •Build web applications, interactive dashboards, and self-service portals using Python and React.js to enhance operational efficiency.
• •Develop and integrate AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, and vector databases.
• •Create automation workflows, scripts, and APIs to streamline network provisioning, configuration management, and real-time monitoring.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to integrate network automation tools into the broader enterprise infrastructure.
• •Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of network infrastructure and automated systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
• •Proven experience in network engineering, with a solid understanding of routing, switching, and network security protocols.
• •Hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-enabled applications and automation solutions for infrastructure management.
• •Strong programming and development skills in Python and frontend frameworks, specifically React.js.
• •Demonstrated experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, and vector databases.
• •Familiarity with network automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and API integration.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
